WildPE3ta

Next week is E3! I’ve setup an event  around it with the help of Moh’d (Asatiir) & WildPeeta.

It’s a 3-day event starting on Tuesday 7/6/2011 till Thursday 9/6/2011 from 7pm to 10pm on each day at WildPeeta in the Dubai World Trade Center.
If you’re bad with directions, just come using the Dubai Metro; WildPeeta is right in front of the station. Otherwise, park in the Exhibition Center’s multistory car park or in the large parking lots behind it.

Currently, activities are as follows: (subject to change)

- Tue 7/6:
Meet at 7pm for a quick round of StreetPass, gaming, & catching up. Then, we’ll watch Nintendo’s presentation starting at 8pm locally (It’s 9am PDT in Los Angeles) using the projector at the venue. In it, they’ll unveil their next console, Project Cafe (codename) among other announcements.
Side-note: The 3DS eShop update, which should also add other functionality to your systems, should be released before the event. Don’t forget to update!

- Wed 8/6:
Mohammed Fikree will be running the show in my stead, it’s essentially the same thing. We’ll have a livestream from one of the gaming sites on for your viewing pleasure.

- 9/6:
Final day of WildpE3ta. Coincidentally, it’s the same day as our usual bi-monthly StreetPass Dubai Meetup!

Finally, Fikree got his hands on Capcom’s upcoming survival-action game, Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D, which includes a pilot demo of Resident Evil: Revelations! Everyone is more than welcome to try it out.
