So You Want To Be A Games Journalist

Making Lochal Archade what it is today, I wanted to promote more video game writing here in this part of the world, giving voice to those who want to be heard. Writing here has been open for a while now (despite the closed beta sign), any user can come in and write whatever they want about video games on Lochal Archade.

Even when I run this fairly open platform for people in this part of the world to write their video game views and opinions, I’ve sat and wondered how does one get into this form of writing. With thanks to social networking and Google+, I’ve came across Lewie Procter, Managing Editor for SavyGamer, who wrote a very interesting piece on how one can get into video game journalism.  I’ve ran Lochal Archade for two and a half years and there is still much to learn in this vast world of video game writing, and this article is a step in the right direction, check it out:

    and this is what I get for using my own resources, rather than to Google for overused stock photos of white people “engaged” in a game on TV, lol.
